Hello, I’m Sophie Carvin, Mindset and Midlife Transformation Coach, and founder of Midlife Thriving.
I support women in midlife who have become overwhelmed by everything that’s going on in their lives and have lost who they are. We work together to reclaim their energy, focus, and zest for life : both in work and beyond.
I can work with you on a one-to-one basis, or in a small group environment, through Mid Life Thriving - my mission is to help you work through this time of transitions and find who you are again, so you have clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. I collaborate with Nutritional Therapist, Functional Medicine practitioner and coach, Erica Gibbon, to create a learning and support programme and community - we've called this Mid Life Thriving.
After years of coaching career-minded women, my colleague Erica and I saw a need: brilliant, capable women, seemingly thriving, but feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves internally. That’s what inspired us to create Midlife Thriving, a space where women can pause, reflect, and rebuild their lives in a way that truly works for them.
I combine practical coaching, Positive Intelligence (PQ) tools, mindset work, and supportive accountability to help you make small, sustainable changes that lead to meaningful transformation.
My approach is grounded in compassion, insight, and practicality. I walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths, clarify what matters most, and take steps toward a life that feels right for you now.
Whether through one-to-one coaching, small-group programmes, or masterclasses, my goal is the same: to help you thrive in midlife, not just survive it.
Much of my work is online, geography isn't an issue. I can work with people in person in the North East of England and we hold occasional in person events for Mid Life Thriving in the UK.
